Whereas the FlexiDrive (Pty) Ltd and all subsidiaries within the group and/or associated (“the Company”) respects the privacy of all personal data and private information collected, processed, and stored. Our internal system similarly allows us to proactively react should there be a breach of any kind, alternatively our privacy practices and POPIA policy dictate that we report any material breach to the Regulator. Interpretation and Definitions
The words that are capitalized or have their initial letter capitalized will have meanings defined under the following conditions.
